Situated in south-east Switzerland, in the heart of the Engadine valley, it is very close to the Italian border. Its location offers great conditions for skiers with around 300 days of sunshine per year and reliable snow. The high quality ski area is particularly good for intermediate and advanced levels offering wonderful panoramic views for all. The valley is also great for cross country skiing with 180km of prepared trails. The Corviglia ski area has 90km of mainly south-facing intermediate slopes. For expert skiers, Piz Nair can be reached by cable car.
