How to get there


By plane – Fly to Basel EuroAirport. Please follow the signs ‘Exit/Switzerland’; you will find the bus stop right in front of the building. Take bus no. 50 towards Bahnhof SBB (Basel railway station), showing your hotel voucher for Basel if asked for tickets. The bus departs roughly every 10 minutes and the bus ride to the railway station takes around 20 minutes where it terminates.


By plane – Fly to Zurich Airport and take the train to Bern (approximately 1hr 15 mins). Show you hotel voucher for Bern on the tram/bus to travel for free from Bern railway station to your hotel.


By plane – Fly to Zurich Airport. Please follow the signs for ‘Bahn/Railway, which is located beneath the Airport in the Check-in 3 area. In approximately 10 mins you will arrive at the city centre.


By plane – Fly to Geneva Airport. You can pick up a free ticket for public transport from the machine in the baggage collection area at the Arrival level. This Unireso ticket, offered by Genève Aéroport, allows you to use public transport in the canton of Geneva free for a period of 80 minutes. Please follow the signs Gare CFF/Railway station, which is located beneath the Airport.


Public transportation offers


All guests staying overnight in Basel receive a complimentary BaselCard valid for the duration of their stay (max. 30 days). This will be issued by your hotel upon check-in and offers free local public transport in zones 10, 11, 13 and 15, including EuroAirport. The card also offers numerous up to 50% discounts on local attractions.

Bern Ticket

The Bern Ticket gives overnight guests staying in the city complimentary travel on the local public transport system (zones 100/101) throughout their stay. It also includes the Gurten funicular, the Marzilibahn funicular and lift to the Cathedral platform. This will be issued by your hotel upon check-in.


The ZurichCARD is available in 24 or 72hr durations. Enjoy unlimited 2nd class travel on all forms of public transport in the city of Zürich and surrounding area. Geneva Transport Card

Stay within the canton overnight and receive a Geneva Transport Card offering complimentary public transport in the city (UNIRESO: bus (TPG), train (CFF) and boat (Mouettes Genevoises)) for the duration of your stay. This will be issued by your hotel upon check-in.

Geneva Pass
